I must admit, I wore a black skirt and black tights with this to school today. I took all of that off when I got home though, because I felt so... constricted by the extra layers. I mean, usually, when I get home, I just want to feel comfortable. Especially since I've been so tired lately and whatnot, having minimal layers helps me relax. Well, I don't go prancing around in my undies, but, I think you get my point.

a)It was too short for school and
b)I couldn't find a way to make it work with tights.

Whenever I go to school, I never wear anything without tights. Why is this? Well, it's because I have a rash on my leg. Yep, you can see it in the picture. I figured it was about time I tell you guys about it. It's definitely a bummer to have and I'm self conscience about it... It just sucks soooo much not being able to wear things sans tights to school, I mean I could... But I just don't want to. I don't want people to look at it and be like "eww" It's weird, cause I'm fine wearing things without tights outside of school, I couldn't give a hoot what people think. But inside school... I guess it's because those people are m age, and some of them can be so judgmental... I don't know exactly what type of rash it is. I've been told that it's psoriasis, but I really don't know anymore. I know that I should be comfoprtable with my body the way it is and whatnot, accept it, love it, and I do. I just don't feel comfortable having my rash out there for all my peers to see, if you know what I'm saying. So, yeah, I just thought I'd tell you guys that.

On another note, I love this romper! Got it at the thrift store the other day, the legs aren't usually like that. They were crumpled up in my jeans all day, so that's why they're like that. But, I can imagine me just throwing this on and heading out the door. So perfect!

Lately, I've been asking my sister if she wants to start doing posts on this blog. She has kind of an indie style, and she has lots of cute outfits. I actually was the one who turned her onto thrifting :D
She kinda had a little part in one of my posts here. So, what do you guys think? Would you like to start seeing outfit posts From Sarah? I'll tell her what your feedback is.

When I saw this shirt, I saw the pretty orange pastel color.

Then I saw that it was striped.

And then I saw that it was baggy

Check three, time to snatch that baby up!

It makes me feel like a little kid when I wear it :)

It's yet another find from my thrifting adventure.

Here's me playing with makeup again. This isn't my favorite eyeliner, because it smudges and comes off. I want to get a felt tip liner in brown, because it's easier to use than liquid eyeliner with a brush. Oh well, we'll see what I can get the next time I go shopping.

Soooo, I love this shirt! It was one of my finds from my thrifting extravaganza. And this skirt, don't even get me started on it! I just love the flowiness of it.

Alright guys, I need new black shoes. Now, I'm going to get a new pair of black flats soo.

Hopefully....

But I want a pair of more fashion foward shoes, black, to start with.

I was considering these, for oxfords, because they're only $30, and I desperately want a pair of oxfords!

Whenever I've gone thrifting, I've also been looking for a pair of loafers, because I've seen some girls style them, and I likes the look. I've also been looking for a pair of granny boots with a rounder toe than the one my pair of boots has, but no luck in that department either...

I could also just get some flats with cool designs on them....

Oh yeah, I'm not a heels girl, so keep thath in mind. Haha.

First off, let me explain that last picture. 

I was in my seventh period today, which is in the same building as the auditorium, and I wanted to get into the auditorium, but the door was locked, so, I was knocking on it, and all of a sudden, someone full on kicked it open from the other side. 

And it hit me.

Right in the forehead.

I forgave that person right away of course, because they're a really good friend of mine, but I was laughing the whole time. 

So, onto other things, I'm running out of inspiration! And it's making me frustratedddd. I want to get new shoes, but I don't have the time, I want to go thrifting, but I don't have the time, I also totally don't want to wear skirts anymore. I'm just not in the mood for them at the moment. I really hope I get out of my funk soon...

I've definitely been in a fashion rut lately...

Though I have been finding a way to make make up work with me lately.

This is my "old lady" vest. One of my vast collection of vests. That's one of the things that I' like about summer, wearing vests with tank tops and shorts. 

I'm not only in a rut with getting dressed, I'm also in a rut when it comes to shopping. I went thrifting the other day, and I could not find anything! I mean, I really hope the reason I couldn't find anything was because there just wasn't good stock in the thrift stores, but, I went to two stores and only came away with a white shirt and a purse (which I like a lotttttt by the way :D). Hopefully it was because I was tired, and that's why I couldn't find anything. 

I had this whole vision of me finding the perfect high-waist jean shorts, the cutest skirt that would button up the front,  the coolest t-shirt that would be perfect paired with shorts, the cutest summer dress, or some nice boots. No luck though...

I didn't realize that this whole outfit is basically thrifted until I did this post.... Well, this is the first time that this has happened! 

Anyways, I wore this to school Thursday, and it was well recieved. I felt really good about it, and I'm glad I finally got to wear this dress and belt out.

This, my friends, is the wonderful dress that I recieved from eShakti a while back. And I must say, that I'm really pleased with it!

I like how the v-neckline doesn't go down too far and the embroidery around the neckline and hem is cute too. The red color also adds a needed pop to my wardrobe.

So, in conclusion, my review of this dress is that it's fantastic!

Skirt/Cardigan-Thrifted // Shirt-F21 // Shoes-Keds

Hello all! For those of you who celebrate it, I hope you had a great Easter day. And for those of you don't, I hope you enjoyed your Sunday. I went to a sunrise service on the beack, and this wasn't the greatest outfit to wear, considering we had to sit down.... and I didn't have a chair. My mom let me sit on her jacket though, so it was all good.

Then I went to my relatives and had a nice dinner, and I drove a stick-shift home. That's right a stick-shift. On a major road. It made me nervous, and I did good on the way to my relatives house, but driving back home made me want to have a mental break down, because I ran a red light, and I was on roads that were 50 miles an hour, but I was going so slow. Like, I'd stop at a red light, put it into first gear, and then I'd start up again only going like, 10 miles, and needing to go up to 50. Yeah, wasn't that easy for me.

Anyways, in honor of Easter today, I decided to jump like a bunny for ya'll.
