So remember how I said I got a bag when I went to Belize? Oh, you don't? Well.... I did. And here it is. Cost melike, $20-$25. Not too bad. Overpriced airport merchandise,but not that bad. I kind of wish I had gotten a bag from the street vendors for $15, but I didn't have enough time...

Latest project

Okay, so, This used to be a dress, but somehow it became too short for me. I guess it got it got put in a dryer or something. Anyways, I had the idea to turn it into a skirt. And I'm so glad I did it, because now I have a high waist skirt I like!

I'm so excited for homecoming week. There's a decades day. DECADES DAY! I want to dress up like the girl from Flash Dance. But I could also dress grungy, hippy-ish or a flash dancer. I'll probably end up dressing like that girl from the Flash Dance movie though. They also have a costume day too, but I don't know if I'll dress up for it.

I'm also in a singing and dancing group at my school called the Falconaires. And we're learning FAME. And it's awesomee.

Rock The universe.

Definitely a good time. I didn't get to ride that new roller coaster- Rip Ride and Rocket. That was a bummer. They closed the line for it at 8. We left the park at 1, and I had to be at church by 8 that morning. Soo, didn't get much sleep that night. It was fun though.

This is a necklace I thrifted. I'm usually not for that whole heart, peace sign thing, but I liked the pattern on it.

Most Adventerous (Pt 2)

On Sunday, I basically had one big adventure.
Started out with going to church. Then afterwards, my friends, sister and I went to the flea market. I bought a ring and two tie-dye shirts from the Tie Dye Guy.
All of the jewelry. I really wanted to buy that tooth-like pendant/charm thing.I wanted to buy this, the peacock is my favorite animal.Animal printing it up in Target.

Most Adventerous

On Saturday, I made my way over to the new thrift shop that opened up near my house..
Before hand though, my sister and I walked over to my friend's house to see if she wanted to go with us. She didn't end up coming with us though.
I was going to wear this on the walk over to my friend's house, but my sister reminded me that it was hot outside. I guess I'm just dreaming of cooler weather already.

So, here are two of my purchases from the thrift shop.I like finding vests at thrift shops or Goodwills. They always have some interesting ones there. I usually have to take them in a tad, but that's okay. Speaking of which, I need my mom to get me some more black thread, because I'm running out.
Then I also got this dress. I cut it, so now it's above my knee's.
You can also see in the picture above this one that I have a necklace on, I also got that at the thrift store. It's a good place to shop.

I also got a blazer, but I'm saving that for another post:)
