Oh my gosh, It's been eleven days. It seems like it's been a month. Anyways, I'm back. I've done 3 sewing projects while I was away. I hemmed up that dress I bought from the Main Street Thrift shop ( pictured a couple of posts back). I'm also working on making that vest from that same post smaller too. Lastly, I added an elastic waist band to the skirt I'm wearing in this post.

I'm also most likely going to the Main Street Thrift shop again today. I'll be looking for:

.A black cardigan
.Dresses
.Shoes (brouge-like. My other ones are falling apart:( )
.Vests (I'm OBSESSED with them)
.A blazer or two
.Scarves
.Purses

I want to try putting scarves around boots. I've seen it around and I like it.
I'll be doing some update posts in the next couple of days hopefully.

My life

I won't have any time to do any posts or reply to comments as of late.
My AP class is kicking my butt, and I have play rehearsal for the Tempest every day until four.
Hopefully I'll get back into having a life soon...

I think there might be something wrong with my camera. These pictures look kind of blurry. I did drop it the other night at Rock The Universe, and it said lens error on the screen, but it doesn't say that anymore. So, I don't know what's going on. I decided to take these pictures outside today before church, to see if the better lighting would make them turn out better, but it didn't seem to help.
I'll have to play with my camera a little bit over these next days I guess.

So remember how I said I got a bag when I went to Belize? Oh, you don't? Well.... I did. And here it is. Cost melike, $20-$25. Not too bad. Overpriced airport merchandise,but not that bad. I kind of wish I had gotten a bag from the street vendors for $15, but I didn't have enough time...

Latest project

Okay, so, This used to be a dress, but somehow it became too short for me. I guess it got it got put in a dryer or something. Anyways, I had the idea to turn it into a skirt. And I'm so glad I did it, because now I have a high waist skirt I like!

I'm so excited for homecoming week. There's a decades day. DECADES DAY! I want to dress up like the girl from Flash Dance. But I could also dress grungy, hippy-ish or a flash dancer. I'll probably end up dressing like that girl from the Flash Dance movie though. They also have a costume day too, but I don't know if I'll dress up for it.

I'm also in a singing and dancing group at my school called the Falconaires. And we're learning FAME. And it's awesomee.

Rock The universe.

Definitely a good time. I didn't get to ride that new roller coaster- Rip Ride and Rocket. That was a bummer. They closed the line for it at 8. We left the park at 1, and I had to be at church by 8 that morning. Soo, didn't get much sleep that night. It was fun though.

This is a necklace I thrifted. I'm usually not for that whole heart, peace sign thing, but I liked the pattern on it.
