Finally.

Sooo, I went to the mall the other day. I got maybe, 6 shirts, and 2 pairs of shorts. Now, most of them are good summer shirts, nothing too flashy in my opinion.

Shirt-Pacsun Shorts-Hollister

This shirt came from PacSun. When I saw it, I immediately wanted it. I also got it in purple and blue, because it was two for $25, and I love purple and blue together! But now I've got some tie-dyeness in my wardrobe, which makes my happy. Because I like tie-dye:)

So, I dropped another $50 dollars at Hollister.
On TWO pairs of shorts.
Yayyyy... NOT.
But their shorts are just so comfy and I couldn't find shorts anywhere else and I desperately need shorts because I'm going to a week long camp on Sunday!! Well, actually, there will be a lock-in at my church Saturday, then at 5AM on Sunday, we're going to hop on a charter bus and make our way up to North Carolina.
I'll try to get pictures.

Anyways, I got my Teen Vogue the other day, and I was so excited! They had men-styled shoes in their pictures. And I love man shoes!

Also, I saw this shirt on the Forever21 website, and man OH man am I lusting after it.
I think I might end up getting my mom to order it for me...

Edit- This is my 50th post! Oh my lanta :-0. Half way to 100! Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to read and comment on my blog over the course of it's existence! You guys are great.:)

Jewelry post.

So, I know a lot of bloggers have been doing a "what's in my bag" post, but I don't really carry around a bag. And if I do, it just has my camera, cell phone and wallet in it. Sooo, I've decided to show you how I organize my jewelry and some closeups of my jewelry. I guess this makes this post a "What's in my jewelry box" post. Except I don't have a jewelry box..... Oh well.

Well, first off, this is the whole of my "jewelry box." The original jewelry box I had was much too small to hold all of this, so I had to hang some of my necklaces on the knobs of my dresser. I didn't like the way that looked, so I disassembled my jewelry box, and hung everything up here.

In the top middle of this picture, you can catch a glimpse of my makeshift ring holder. I took a toilet paper roll, cut it down the middle, rolled it up tight and taped it together to make the ring holder part. Then I took two paper clips and made a cross, then taped them to the base, and viola! A ring holder. The gold ring on there is thrifted and the silver ring (It's hard to see) is from a Highland Games.

I might be getting rid of this one. The chain is kind of short for my taste. But, then again, I could just put it on a longer chain...

You've already won me over.

I'm sure some of you have seen those pictures of Nicole Richie with those finger rings. Or those head pieces that bloggers have been DIYing. Well, I found
this website and it has basically all of that. Head pieces, shoe jewelry, ear cuffs, and lots of chain jewelry.

In other news,
I'm having a hard time dressing for summer.

Shirt-F21 Undershirt-Pacsun Shorts-Hollister Bracelet-Found in my house Anklet-Birthday present

I really want to find more of those slouchy shirts with the pockets in them, and the only store that I can remember having them is Forever21. And when I went in there the other day, I couldn't find any! I also want to find perfect summer dresses, because that's just a nice thing to have during the summer. And then of course, some jean cut offs and solid colored high waist skirts. I'm desperately wanting some slouchy shirts though! And can't seem to find them in my price range anywhere!

I did go to the mall the other day and bought some biker shorts, which I was excited about, because I had been looking for some to wear under dresses and skirts. I also bought a bra from Victoria's Secret, because they were having a sale. It ended up costing fifteen dollars.
Then I went into Hollister.
Dun dun dunnnnn.
I got a pair of shorts for $20. And actually, there were a pair of the EXACT same shorts for $30. Little did they know, I'm an observant shopper, an saw right through they're trickery, and got the cheaper, identical pair. I still wasn't quite happy paying $20 for shorts, it's better than paying $10 extra. I also got a jacket on sale for $30. Which I, once again, wasn't too happy about, but I needed a jacket. The total was $52.20. Ewwww.

So, what do you guys wear in the summer that you consider stylish?

P.S. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you for commenting on my blog. And I noticed I got another follower on bloglovin'! That's awesome. Thank you whoever decided to follow my blog. And thank you to whoever already was following my blog. Once again, you guys are AWESOME!

I'm basically in love with this dress.

So, I wore the dress I bought at the mall the other day to church today. I actually had to make the straps shorter, otherwise there would be a whole lot of inappropriate-ness.
WHAT I WORE TODAY:

The back is just so cute though! The button struck a chord with me and made me want to buy the dress!

My summer's been pretty good so far.

Actually, I've been hanging out with my ex boyfriend a lot lately. The other day, it was actually me, him, my sister, and her ex boyfriend, which I thought was kinda funny, considering that they're our ex boyfriends. When my mom dropped us off at the park, she said "are you guys getting back together?" I of course said no, I couldn't imagine getting back together with him for the fourth time. But my friend L thinks he might be getting his feelings back for me. Boy oh boy would that be another roller coaster ride I wouldn't want to get on. I'm finally getting comfy just being his friend. But he's been jokingly mean to me lately, and I'm jokingly mean back to me. You know what mamma used to say though, when a boy's mean to you, that means he likes you.

Anyways, I watched Step Brothers yesterday. A funny part I remember was when Dale said something like "The last time I heard that joke, I laughed so hard I fell off my dinosaur." Apparently that's an old joke, but i like it.

Hopefully I'll be able to go to the Salvation Army this Wednesday. Maybe my mom'll let e DRIVE. I definitely need some practice.

Just giving you something to look at.

Everything-F21

I bought this cardigan forever ago, I liked it because of the stripes on the arm. Kinda reminded me of those cardigans school kids wore in the olden day movies.

So, today I:
Went to band practice
Found my camera
hung out at the beach
worked on my tan (because according to my friends, I'm WHITE).
Came back to my house and swam

I might be going to a chinese restaurant later. Never been to one before. Should be interestinggg.

Warming up to it

I went to the mall yesterday and I bought a dress. Three were so many other things I wanted to buy, but I just couldn't focus. I was going to buy a dress and a shirt from forever21, but I talked myself out of it.
I couldn't find the dress I bought on the pacsun website, but I'm probably going to wear it on Sunday, so you'll get pictures of it around then.

These are the two skirts I bought in previous shopping adventures. The first one is high waist, and the second one I wear at my hip.

Those were some mobile pics of me wearing the two skirts I bought and a dress I tried on. That shirt looks really good with the high waist skirt I think, but it made me fee like a clown because of those ruffles. Haha:)

Anyways, I had some friends come with me to the mall yesterday, which didn't help my shopping experience. I felt like I had to rush, so that's another reason why I couldn't focus that well on actually buying things. We took tons of pictures though.
