I have technical issues.

So, I moved the sewing machine up to my room and did some sewing. I hemmed my dress I got from the Salvation Army. I don't know if I like it. I could just wear it around the house. I might end up hemming it shorter.

Anyways, I got the skirt because I thought the print was fun, but now I'm having second thoughts. Is the print too annoying? You go ahead and be as critical as you want to, I don't care, really. I'm on the borderline of liking it and hating it.
I also recorded a video of me singing You Belong to Me by Jason Wade, and I tried to upload it on photobucket, didn't work.
I tried to upload it to tinypic, didn't work.
Presently, I'm trying to upload it to YouTube, and it's taking forever!
I don't know if I'll be able to make it work. It's getting super frustrating.

SUMMA TIME!

Today was the official last day of school. I have maybe one or two exams to do, but then I'm done. FINISHED!!! Then summer days, good old summer days, are all that'll be in my life.

Look at how excited I am for summer! Actually, I look kinda crazed but hey, maybe I'm just THAT EXCITED!

I'm currently in the process of organizing my room. The closet will be a big task, because I'm a little bit of a pack rat. Bad habit, I know.

Anyways, I didn't wear anything too extravagant today, I was going for comfort. Buttt, I did get some pictures of that owl necklace I bought at forever21 FINALLY.

Why, it seems to me that someone is in the background of my picture. Who could it be? A stalker? Nooo, it's my sister! Yes, I have one of those. She's actually my twin. Ye, same birthday. I guess we have the same nose... But we're faternal. And no, neither one of us dies our hair.

Anyways, I play the guitar and sing, and my friend showed me this song today on his iPod, and I thought it was beautiful, and the chords are easy. So, I'm definitely adding to to my list.



Maybe one of these days, I'll post a video of me playing, who knows.

Here's a necklace I got from the Salvation Army a while back. I can't really get any good accessory shots with any of the cameras in my house. They always turn out blurry. So annoying!

This actually used to be my mom's skirt, she was going to get rid of it, but I decided to play around with it. Don't know if I'll end up keeping it or not.

I didn't end up posting everything I planned on posting, like the owl necklace didn't get itself up here. Whoops :p. I'm not really in the mood for writing though, and I have to go help around the house, so, until tomorrow...maybe.

My mom made some gluten free/dairy free chocolate peanut butter cookies. I thought they were pretty good, even though she burned some.

Anyways, this is a vest I got from the Salvation Army. I had to take it in, and my sewing machine was being a pain in the butt. I broke the sewing needle! I freaked out, because I thought that was the only one there was for the sewing machine in the house. Which would've stunk, because my mom would take forever to go out and buy a new one. But after some digging around in the sewing kit, I found a little case with four extra sewing needles.
Anyways, I loved the embroidery on it. When I first saw it, I didn't think it was anything special. But, upon further inspection, I decided it could work.

So, I found some batteries for my camera, kinda. I just put my SD card in my sister's professional-like camera, snapped some pics then transferred the SD card back to my camera. I found that there was a little bit of life in my camera, so I was able to get some pics up!

I went to the salvation army on Wednesday, 'cause everything's 1/2 off. I got a suprisingly good-fitting blazer, some shorts I just wear to bed, a dress I plan to turn into a skirt, a purse, a necklace, a belt, and that vest.

Once I get motivated, I'll post the clothes I bought that I don't plan on wearing anytime soon, including the things I got from Forever21.

I was kinda unmotivated for a couple days, because I broke up with my boyfriend. On Friday. I broke up with him. We've been on and off for 8 months or so. He's come to the conclusion that he's too immature for a relationship, and I agree with him at this point. And seeing how things were going with us, it was better that we broke it off. He said he saw no future with me. I thought it really didn't matter, considering it;s a high school relationship. But this was the third time we broke up, so I'm just going to leave it at that. I'm looking foward to building a friendship with him though, once we start talking again. That's the only reason I have to be sad lately, we don't talk to each other at all. Wasn't that sad over the breakup, don't know why....

In other news, I have ONE MORE AP test to go. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

Adventure

So, I went to the mall today. My mom gave me $75. Which was suprising, considering that my mom really never gives me money to buy things. So, I knew it wouldn't get me very far in the mall, but I worked with what I had. I got a dress, shirt, pair of jeans, shorts, and a necklace.
I couldn't find the exact things I bought on the internet, so I got things that were close.
.The shorts actually has neon pink lining, instead of purple.
.My owl necklace is actually brown with black jewels for eyes, and it's bigger.
.The dress I got is strapless, but it's black with pink and green flowers.

So, overall, I was pretty happy. Got some good summer stuff. Because that was the whole point of the shopping trip.

Right when I walked into Forever21, I was delightfully suprised. They had a little bit of a layout change, and they actually had a sale section. And they had a wider dress selection (due to the upcoming prom season). If I had more money, and time, I definitely would've gotten more stuff.

I did get to go to the Salvation Army on... Thursday... I think. My mom gave me 30 minutes to find stuff to wear to the play. Needless to say, I was freaking out because I wanted to look at so much stuff in such a small amount of time, but all I could think was "when's she gonna get here?" All I ended up getting was a ring and a necklace. I was going to get a pair of shoes, but a boy that came with my mom when she came to pick me up started freaking out saying "Ew, those could have shoe fungus in them!" So, there went getting a pair of shoes.

Anyways, Wicked was a really good play. Everyone could sing AMAZINGLY. Much of a better experience than the play I went to on Thursday at my school. They did 'Once Upon a Mattress". It seems like our school only has one or two broadway-worthy singers.

So, I got one of my AP tests out of the way on Thursday. All I have left is the national test and the final exam. Yay.....

Taking a break.

So, I got 2 C's on my report card, and my mom wasn't too happy about it. So, I've decided I have to take a break from blogging a while. Also considering that I have 2 AP exams coming up. I appreciate all of your comments and whatnot, they make me so happy.
I don't know when I'll be able to start up again.
I've been kinda uninspired of late, and I feel my wardrobe doesn't have what I want in it yet.
So, just hold tight, I'll be back one of these days.
