WHAT I WORE TODAY:

So, when I bought this shirt, I bought it a couple of sizes too big. I did this becausea) I couldn't find it in any other size
and
b)I figured I could try the oversized tee look.
It doesn't look as oversized as some shirts out there, but for now I'm happy with it.
Oh, and I tucked it in because otherwise it's too long for my taste. And on the sides it has some weird draping going on. Well, I don't know if you could call it draping, but I can't think of a better word at the moment.
Now, originally, I was going to wear this shirt, with one of my skirts I had purchased, to Church on Sunday. It didn't work out for me though, so I resorted to wearing a cami and a cardigan that day. But that was my original plan for the skirt when I purchased it, to wear it with high waist skirts. I don't know how well that's going to work out though. I'll probably try the combination sometime again in the future.
So, today is supposed to be a do nothing day, hopefully though I'll be able to get my mom to take me to Wal-mart or someplace like that to get some black tights. I want to have some so I can wear them with a dress to church on Sunday.

also, haa my parents hate the mess left behind with fort-making, what with the explosion of blankets. i feel you. maybe we'll understand when we're parents? lol. but for now, we kids do what we gotta do! :P

and yes, they are jellies with a little heel. i love them a lot, but after walking all over brooklyn and then across the brooklyn bridge, it sort of felt like i was wearing razor blades on my feet.
